Patient Greeter

Our patient greeters meet visitors at the door and serve as patient advocates making sure you feel welcome and are quickly guided to the right place.

Immediate Bed-side Registration

Immediate bed-side registration can be provided before triage for those patients who are not able to register at the front desk.

Diverse team

The emergency department is fortunate to have a diverse clinical staff which can be comforting to patients of different cultural and ethnical backgrounds. Making our patients feel comfortable allows us to provide better and more effective patient care on a daily basis.

Language Interpretation

We offer interpretation in all languages for the convenience of patients and their families who do not speak English.

Courtesy Phones

Courtesy phones are available to ask questions of clinical staff. The phones call directly into our clinical areas where staff will always be waiting to take your call.
