Urology
The Division of Urology interacts actively with most other adult and pediatric services at Howard University Hospital. Affiliation with District of Columbia General Hospital, Children's National Medical Center, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and the Georgetown University Stone Center has served to fortify and enrich the Howard experience.
The Division of Urology has developed a special expertise in the treatment of Prostate Cancer that has been recognized at a national level.
A full range of surgical and diagnostic urologic services are available. Physicians accept referrals for consultation/second opinion and ongoing management. Clinical subspecialties include:
