10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Screening includes: Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Anemia, Kidney Functioning, Free Medical Consultation.

You are at risk for kidney disease if you have Diabetes OR High Blood Pressure OR a Family History of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, or Kidney Disease

You are eligible to participate in the Kidney Early Evaluation Program screening if you are 18 years or older.

You will receive $200 worth of medical tests free.
Tests include:

* blood glucose (diabetes) • blood pressure
* kidney function * cholesterol
* bone health
 

Early detection is the key to Knock Out Kidney Disease.Once your kidneys have failed, your only treatment options are dialysis or kidney transplant.
