While appointments can always be made with through the Radiology Call Center, patients may optionally contact special study clinics directly- the following numbers can also be used to cancel or change an appointment or to inquire about any last minute questions or concerns:

Requesting a Copy of Radiology Reports
For assistance with access to radiology reports, or to get/order a copy of your images on a CD or DVD, call the Radiology File Room at (202) 865-1574.
For Referring Doctors
Please follow same instructions as for patients, but also remember that all of our reports are available via Soarian Clinical and AllScripts, as well as on Synapse Enterprise.
To receive Critical and/or urgent findings you can also download and register the PowerScribe 360 Clinician App.
For Research Studies or Teaching Conferences
Please follow same instructions but remember to request an “Anonymous HIPAA Compliant Disc (CD/DVD)", so that the radiology file room staff will remove all Protected Health Information data and the discs will be HIPAA compliant.
