  Students Information

It has been brought to my attention that the entire 4th year class will be excused from their rotation sites on Friday, November 6, 2015 to participate in the career job fair. All students are to report to the Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library – 4th Floor Reading Room at 8:45 a.m. The above companies/organizations will be scheduling interviews directly with the students from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. The interview process will begin at 1:00 p.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Students are requested to email their resumes to Ms. Washington at by October 30, 2015. Students are also reminded to have copies of their resumes available for the representatives on the day of interview. Remember, the interviewers first impression of you should be conveyed through your resume. It is therefore expected that resumes be prepared in a professional manner.

Participation in the job fair is considered to be an extremely worthwhile experience. Therefore, you are being granted eight hours of experiential time. Students are expected to be in attendance for the entire day. Random attendance checks will be conducted during the day to ensure that the requisite time is in fact spent on the job fair. Please contact Ms. Washington in Annex III, Room 213 for further information.
