The baccalaureate program is built on the foundation of liberal arts and nursing education that is aimed towards developing students' abilities in critical thinking, effective communication, and the use of a systemic process for decision making. There are three (3) program of study tracks at the baccalaureate level – Basic, LPN to BSN, and RN to BSN.

In the graduate program, advanced nursing knowledge is both acquired and generated through the integration of knowledge from the sciences, humanities, nursing theory and research. Two (2) programs of study tracks are available – Nurse Educator and Family Nurse Practitioner.
