Dr. Stacy Hodgkinson is the Associate Director of Community Engagement for the DC-Baltimore Research Center on Child Health Disparities and a clinical psychologist by training. She is currently a mental health provider and project coordinator for The Healthy Generations Program (“Generations”) at Children’s National Medical Center. In her role, she provides and coordinates mental health services for adolescent parents and their children receiving care through Generations, a comprehensive, family-centered healthcare program for teen parents and their children. Dr. Hodgkinson has more than 10 years of experience coordinating and providing mental health services to young adults and children. She has specialized clinical training in parent-child psychotherapy, trauma-focused interventions and psychological assessment. Dr. Hodgkinson is also a behavioral and community researcher and is an investigator on several federally-funded research projects focused on mental health service provision in the primary care setting and child health disparities.
