Our Process
The CARES Employee Roster of Excellence includes all individuals that received recognition through (1) CARES Tokens (2) Press Ganey Patient Letters (3) Other Patient Letters received by Department/Specialty.
The CARES Departments and Specialties of Excellence and Other Stand-Out Departments are selected by the CARES Team based on a review of the amount of times the Department/Specialty was recognized, as well as why the Department/Specialty was recognized by our patients and students.
