CARES
You may have noticed CARES Drop Boxes and "I Caught You Caring!" brochures throughout all major areas of Health Sciences.
The brochures include a form that allows our patients and students to recognize
employees for delivering an Exemplary Customer Experience. The employees
that are identified for EXCELLENCE will be recognized monthly by the
CARES Team on our website and in our quarterly newsletters. There will be
a CARES Award Ceremony at the end of the year to congratulate the employees
and departments that have demonstrated exemplary customer care.
